I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 5 of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1964 (No. 14 of 1964), hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1964 (Commencement of Section 5) Order, 1964. |
||
|
2. The 5th day of December, 1964, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 5 of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1964 , shall come into operation. |
||
