I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 of the Extradition Act, 1965 (No. 17 of 1965) , hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act, 1965 (Commencement) Order, 1965. |
||
|
2. The Extradition Act, 1965 (No. 17 of 1965) , shall come into operation on the 16th day of August, 1965. |
||
|
