DENTAL AND AURAL APPLIANCES REGULATIONS, 1965.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953), as amended by section 2 of the Health Act, 1954 (No. 23 of 1954) hereby makes the following Regulations:--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dental and Aural Appliances Regulations, 1965.

2. Articles 6 and 7 of the Dental and Aural Appliances Regulations, 1961 ( S.I. No. 198 of 1961 ) are hereby revoked.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Thirty-first day of August, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-five.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations revoke articles 6 and 7 of the Dental and Aural Appliances Regulations, 1961 under which restrictions and conditions were imposed relating to the supply of aural appliances under section 14 of the Health Act, 1953 .
