The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 (No. 25 of 1968) hereby orders as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act, 1968 (Commencement) Order, 1969. |
||
|
2. Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 , shall come into operation on the 24th day of July, 1969. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this 21st day of July, 1969. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings into operation on 24th July, 1969, section 22 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 which provides for the issue of limited certificates of competency in certain cases. |
