LAND BOND ACT, 1969 (SECTION 2) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1969.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (2) of the Land Bond Act, 1969 (No. 24 of 1969), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1969 (Section 2) (Commencement) Order, 1969.

2. The 2nd day of January, 1970, is hereby appointed as the date on which section 2 of the Land Bond Act, 1969 (No. 24 of 1969), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 2nd January, 1970, as the date on which section 2 of the Land Bond Act, 1969 (No. 24 of 1969), shall come into operation.
