HEALTH ACT, 1970 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1970.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Act, 1970 (Commencement) Order, 1970.

2. Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 to 33, 41, 43, 76 and 78 and the Second Schedule of the Health Act, 1970 , shall come into operation on twelfth day of March, 1970.
