AGRICULTURAL WAGES (MINIMUM RATES) (No. 2) ORDER, 1970 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1971.

The Agricultural Wages Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 17 of the Agricultural Wages Act, 1936 , (No. 53 of 1936), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, and after due compliance with subsection (7) of the said Section 17 hereby order as follows:--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) (No. 2) Order, 1970 (Revocation) Order, 1971.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of May, 1971.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) (No. 2) Order, 1970 ( S.I. No. 178 of 1970 ) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
