MINIMUM NOTICE AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT, 1973 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1973.

I, MICHAEL O'LEARY, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act, 1973 (No. 4 of 1973), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act, 1973 (Commencement) Order, 1973.

2. The 1st day of September, 1973, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act, 1973 (No. 4 of 1973), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
