DUNDALK URBAN DISTRICT LOCAL ELECTORAL AREAS ORDER, 1967, (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1974.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 35 of the Local Government Act, 1941 (No. 23 of 1941) hereby orders as follows:--

1. The Dundalk Urban District Local Electoral Areas Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 23 of 1967 ) is hereby revoked.

2. This Order may be cited as the Dundalk Urban District Local Electoral Areas Order, 1967, (Revocation) Order, 1974.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to make the urban district of Dundalk a single electoral area for the purpose of local elections.
