SOCIAL WELFARE (PAY-RELATED BENEFIT) ACT, 1975 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1975.

The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Social Welfare (Pay-Related Benefit) Act, 1975 (No. 8 of 1975) hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Pay-Related Benefit) Act, 1975 (Commencement) Order, 1975.

2. The Social Welfare (Pay-Related Benefit) Act, 1975 shall come into operation on the 5th day of June, 1975.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation from 5 June, 1975 the provisions of the Social Welfare (Pay-Related Benefit) Act, 1975 .
