		S.I. No. 192/1978: ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1978 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1978.
		ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1978 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1978.
		The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 (No. 19 of 1978), hereby orders as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 (Commencement) Order, 1978.
		2. The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 , shall come into operation on the 20th day of July, 1978.

		Environment this 11th day of July, 1978.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		This Order brings the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 , into operation on the 20th day of July, 1978.
