ÚDARÁS NA GAELTACHTA (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1979.

I, MÁIRE NIC EOCHAGÁIN UÍ CHUINN, Minister for the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 (1) of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Appointed Day) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of January, 1980, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part II of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 27th day of December, 1979.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes 1 January, 1980, as the appointed day for the purposes of Part II of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979.
