MILK AND DAIRIES ACT, 1935 (SALE OF MILK IN THE BOROUGH OF DROGHEDA) ORDER, 1980.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), as adapted by article 4 of the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Sale of Milk in the Borough of Drogheda) Order, 1980.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. On and after the 1st day of June, 1980 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the Borough of Drogheda unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prohibits, with effect from 1st day of June, 1980 the sale of milk in the Borough of Drogheda unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 .
