TELEGRAPH (INLAND WRITTEN TELEGRAM) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1981.

I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Telegraph Act, 1885, hereby make, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, the following Regulations:
|
|
|
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981.
|
|
|
(2) The collective citation “Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 and 1981,” shall include these Regulations.
|
|
|
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of October 1981.
|
|
|
3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) , applies to these Regulations.
|
|
|
4. The Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 196 of 1980 ), are hereby amended by the substitution of the following Schedule for the Schedule thereto (inserted by Regulation 4 of the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 109 of 1981 ):
