HOUSING (PRIVATE RENTED DWELLINGS) ACT, 1982 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1982.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) Act, 1982 (No. 6 of 1982), hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) Act, 1982 (Commencement) Order, 1982.

2. The Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) Act, 1982 , shall come into operation on the 26th day of July, 1982.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
