MAXIMUM PRICES (BREAD) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1982.

The Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), and the Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1981 ( S.I. No. 290 of 1981 ), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Bread) (Revocation) Order, 1982.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1982.

3. The Maximum Prices (Bread) Order, 1982 ( S.I. No. 4 of 1982 ), is hereby revoked.
