SOCIAL WELFARE (NO. 2) ACT, 1982 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1982.

The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 2 of the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1982 (No. 23 of 1982), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1982 (Commencement) Order, 1982.

2. The Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1982 (No. 23 of 1982), shall come into operation on the 5th day of October, 1982.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the provisions of the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1982 into operation on 5th October, 1982.
