The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 17 of the Social Welfare Act, 1984 (No. 5 of 1984) hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1984 (Part III) (Commencement) Order, 1984. |
||
|
2. Part III of the Social Welfare Act, 1984 (No. 5 of 1984), shall come into operation on the 30th day of October, 1984, |
||
|
