LOCAL GOVERNMENT (REORGANISATION) ACT, 1985 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1985. |

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (6) of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 (No. 7 of 1985), hereby orders as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 , (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1985. |
||
|
2. On the 9th day of May, 1985, sections 10 and 18 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 , shall come into operation. |
||
