TRADE UNION ACT, 1941 (REVOCATION OF NEGOTIATION LICENCE) (No. 2) ORDER, 1985. |

I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Labour in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 17 of the Trade Union Act, 1941 (No. 22 of 1941), and the Labour (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1966 ), and being satisfied that the holder of the negotiation licence hereinafter referred to has ceased to be an authorised trade union within the meaning of the said Act, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act, 1941 , (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 2) Order, 1985. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 23rd day of December, 1985. |
||
3. The Negotiation Licence granted to The Dublin Typographical Provident Society on the 4th day of May, 1942, subsequently registered as the Irish Graphical Society on the 2nd day of February, 1965, is hereby revoked. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
The effect of this Order is to revoke the negotiation licence which was granted to The Dublin Typographical Provident Society as the union has ceased to exist. |
