I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Industrial Development Act, 1986 (No. 9 of 1986), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development Act, 1986 (Commencement) Order, 1986.

2. The 7th day of May, 1986, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Industrial Development Act, 1986 , shall come into operation.
