NATIONAL TREASURY MANAGEMENT AGENCY ACT, 1990 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1990.

NATIONAL TREASURY MANAGEMENT AGENCY ACT, 1990 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1990.

I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred in me by section 2 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (Establishment Day) Order, 1990.

2. The 3rd day of December, 1990, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 22nd day of November, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This order appoints the establishment day of the National Treasury Management Agency is provided for in Section 2 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 .
