I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred in me by section 2 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (Establishment Day) Order, 1990. |
||
|
2. The 3rd day of December, 1990, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990). |
||
|
