I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Sea Pollution Act, 1991 (No. 27 of 1991), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Sea Pollution Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 20th day of November, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Sea Pollution Act, 1991 , other than section 8, shall come into operation.
