FINANCE ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 15) (DISABILITY BENEFIT AND INJURY BENEFIT) ORDER, 1993. |

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (3) of the Finance Act (No. 9 of 1992), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1992 (Commencement of Section 15) (Disability Benefit and Injury Benefit) Order, 1993. |
||
|
2. Section 15 of the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 6th day of April, 1993, as respects the following benefits, that is to say-- |
||
|
( a ) disability benefit, and |
||
|
( b ) injury benefit which is comprised in occupational injuries benefit. |
||
|
