NATIONAL ROADS AUTHORITY (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1993. |

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 16 of the Roads Act, 1993 (No. 14 of 1993), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Roads Authority (Establishment) Order, 1993. |
||
|
2. The 23rd day of December, 1993 is hereby appointed as the day upon which the National Roads Authority shall stand established. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment, this 23rd day of December, 1993. |
