I, MERVYN TAYLOR, Minister for Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (3) of the Stillbirths Registration Act, 1994 (No. 1 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Stillbirths Registration Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The Stillbirths Registration Act, 1994 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1995. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings the provisions of the Stillbirths Registration Act, 1994 (which provides for the registration of stillbirths) into operation on 1 January, 1995. |
