The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Health Insurance Act, 1994 (No. 16 of 1994) hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Health Insurance Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. Sections 1 to 11, 12 (4), 12 (5), 13 to 16 and 18 shall come into operation on the first day of July, 1994. |
||
|
