I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994) hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (Establishment Day) Order, 1994.

2. The first day of December, 1994, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes 1st December 1994 as the establishment day for the purposes of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 . These purposes include the establishment of An Bord Bia and the dissolution of Coras Beostoic agus Feola.
