I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 5 (2) of the Schedule to the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 and any and every other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Election Day) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 22nd day of November 1995 is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the National Milk Agency. |
||
