HEALTH (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) ACT, 1996 (EXTENSION OF BORD ALTRANAIS) ORDER, 1996.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 21 of the Health (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 1996 (No. of 1996), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 1996 (Extension of Bord Altranais) Order, 1996.

2. In this Order "Bord Altranais" means the board established under the Nurses Act, 1985 (No. 18 of 1985)

3. The term of office of the members of Bord Altranais holding office on the 3rd day of October, 1996 shall be extended by one year as and from the aforementioned 3rd day of October.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to extend the term of office of the members of Bord Altranais holding office on 3rd October, 1996 by one year.
