VALUATION (REVISIONS AND NEW VALUATIONS) (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1996. |

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulations: |
||

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulations, 1996. |
||
|
2. The fee to be charged in respect of an application by an owner or occupier of any property or by a rating authority under section 3 (1) of the Valuation Act, 1988 , shall be £100. |
||
|
3. The Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulation, 1988 ( S.I. No. 380 of 1988 ), is hereby revoked. |
||
