The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 46 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 46 (1)) Order, 1997. |
||
|
2. The Republic of Hungary is hereby designated for the purposes of section 46 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 . |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 4th day of March, 1997. |
