The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 (No. 7 of 1994) hereby orders as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1998. |
||
|
2. Paragraph (j) of subsection (1) of section 49 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 shall come into operation on the 12th day of August, 1998. |
||
|
