I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14(2) of the Criminal Justice (Location of Victims’ Remains) Act, 1999 ( No. 9 of 1999 ), after consultation with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Location of Victims’ Remains) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999. |
||||||||
|
2. The 26th day of May 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Location of Victims’ Remains) Act, 1999 ( No. 9 of 1999 ) shall come into operation. |
