INTERIM BOARD (DISSOLUTION) ORDER, 1999.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3(5) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) (as adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1999 ( S.I. No. 307 of 1999 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Interim Board (Dissolution) Order, 1999.

2. The Interim Board shall stand dissolved on the 22nd day of October, 1999.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.)

This Order dissolves the Interim Board set up under S.I. No. 408 in December, 1994 to undertake the winding up of the businesses of the former Cork and Dublin District Milk Boards.
