EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (PROTECTIVE MEASURES WITH REGARDS TO CONTAMINATION BY DIOXINS IN BELGIAN FOODSTUFFS) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 2000. |

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 ( No. 27 of 1972 ) hereby make the following regulations: |
||||||||
|
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Protective measures with regards to contamination by dioxins in Belgian foodstuffs) (Revocation) Regulations, 2000. |
||||||||
|
2. The European Communities (Protective measures with regards to contamination by dioxins in Belgian foodstuffs) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 185 of 1999 ) are hereby revoked. |

The effect of these Regulations is to revoke the European Communities (Protective measures with regards to contamination by dioxins in Belgian foodstuffs) Regulations, 1999. |
||||||||
|
Commission Decision 2000/301/EC of 18 April 2000 effectively repeals all previous Commission Decisions on protective measures with regard to contamination by dioxins of certain products intended for human or animal consumption. |
