INLAND POST AMENDMENT (NO. 62) SCHEME, 2000.

An Post, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act, 1983 ( No. 24 of 1983 ) hereby makes the following Scheme:

1. (1) This Scheme may be cited as the Inland Post Amendment (No. 62) Scheme, 2000.

(2) This Scheme shall be operative with effect from the 1st day of June 2000.

2. In this Scheme--

(1) The expression “the Loyalty Mail Service” means Statutory Instrument No. 133 of 1998 .

3. The First Schedule to the Loyalty Mail Service is hereby amended by the substitution for the entries therein of the entires in the First Schedule to this Scheme.
