Referendum Act, 1994

Referendum (Ballot Paper) (No. 3) Order, 2001

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24 of the Referendum Act, 1994 ( No. 12 of 1994 ), hereby makes the following order, a draft of which has been approved by a resolution passed by each House of the Oireachtas.

1.       This order may be cited as the Referendum (Ballot Paper) (No. 3) Order, 2001.

2.       “An Chúirt Choiriúil Idirnáisiúnta - International Criminal Court” shall be included at the beginning of the front of the ballot paper to be used at the referendum on the Twenty-third Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 2001.
