I, Síle de Valera, Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Broadcasting Act, 2001 (No. 4 of 2001) , hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001. |
||||||
|
2. The 1st day of September, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Broadcasting Act, 2001 (No. 4 of 2001) shall come into operation. |
