National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order, 2001.

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (No. 39 of 2000) , hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2.   The 30th day of November 2001 is appointed as the day on which Part 2 of the National. Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (No. 39 of 2000) shall come into operation.

This Order appoints 30 November, 2001 as the day when Part 2 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (No. 39 of 2000) comes into operation. Part 2 contains the provisions relating to the State Claims Agency.
