Standards in Public Office Act, 2001 (Sections 15 and 27) Regulations, 2001 |

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 15 and 27 of the Standards in Public Office Act, 2001 (No. 31 of 2001) , hereby make the following regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Standards in Public Office Act, 2001 (Sections 15 and 27) Regulations, 2001. |
||||||||
|
2. The Standards in Public Office Act, 2001 (No. 31 of 2001) , is amended - |
||||||||
|
(a) in section 14(2)(e), by the substitution for “1999” of “2001” and “paragraph (b)” for “subsection (2)”, |
||||||||
|
(b) in section 20(2), by the deletion of “(a)”. |
||||||||
|
3. The Ethics in Public Office Act, 1995 (No. 22 of 1995) , is hereby amended in section 5(2) by the substitution of “Commission” for “Clerk”. |
