I, Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 113 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 (No. 20 of 2005), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Garda Síochána Inspectorate (Establishment Day) Order 2006. 2. The 28 day of July 2006 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part 5 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 (No. 20 of 2005). |
