CHILD CARE (AMENDMENT) ACT 2007 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 1(4) of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 26 of 2007), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2. The 23rd day of July 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 26 of 2007) shall come into operation:

(a) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4;

(b) Part 3; and

(c) the Schedule.
