DEFENCE (AMENDMENT) ACT 2007 (SECTION 70) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

�Iris Oifigi�il� of 2nd October, 2007.

I, WILLIE O�DEA, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 24 of 2007), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007 (Section 70) (Commencement) Order 2007.

2. The 24th day of September 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 70 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 24 of 2007) comes into operation.
