Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, BRIAN COWEN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 372AB (as amended by section 33 of the Finance Act 2006 (No. 6 of 2006)) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government having made a recommendation to me pursuant to that section, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Kilcock, County Kildare) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007.

2. The Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Kilcock, County Kildare) Order 2004 ( S.I. No. 307 of 2004 ) is amended by substituting for the map annexed to that Order the map annexed to this Order.

This Order replaces the map annexed to Statutory Instrument 307 of 2004 (entitled: Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Kilcock, County Kildare) Order 2004 with the map annexed to this Order.
