This order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (South Dublin County Council) (Rate Limitation) Order 2007. |

This order requires that South Dublin County Council, in exercising its powers to make rates for the financial year 2008, does so in such a way to ensure that the total amount of rates liable to be paid to it does not exceed an amount determined in accordance with the formula set out in section 56(2) of the Valuation Act 2001 . This formula relates to Consumer Price Index (All Items). |
