LAND AND CONVEYANCING LAW REFORM ACT 2009 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2009

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 11th September, 2009.

I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (No. 27 of 2009), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 1st day of December 2009 is appointed as the day on which the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (No. 27 of 2009), other than section 132, shall come into operation.
