		I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 63(1) of the section 60 of the section 60 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) to Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford.
