I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Justice and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 (2) of the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2010 (No. 40 of 2010), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011. |
||
2. The 8th day of February 2011 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2010 (No. 40 of 2010) shall come into operation. |
||
