I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of "State authority" in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health and Children, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2011. |
||
|
2. The Office of the Ombudsman for Children is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of "State authority" in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000). |
||
|
The Minister for Health and Children consents to the making of the foregoing Order. |
||
